The following terms and conditions apply:
- Only those referrals that result in a full-time, permanent placement of the candidate being referred will qualify for the bonus.
- The referral bonus is paid at the end of Naden Blair’s placement guarantee as agreed with the client. No bonus is payable if the employment is terminated for any reason during the guarantee period.
- The offer is not open to a referred candidate who is already known to or registered with Naden Blair at the time of the referral.
- There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.
- Naden Blair reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the "Refer-A- Friend" bonus at any time and without notice.
