I thoroughly enjoy recruiting for the Market Research industry. During my time I have built up strong relationships with clients and candidates and enjoy talking with everyone on both a professional and personal level. I love recruiting for all types of companies from the small startup agency, to huge global agencies, to not-for-profit and think tanks. Basically where there is research I will go, both in the UK and across the globe. It gives me the deepest satisfaction to find a great fit for both candidate and client, bringing together talented people with like minded goals.

I really enjoy getting a feel for a company’s culture and understanding their core values and ambitions.
As a total chatterbox, my job is perfect for me - I get to talk to my lovely candidates and clients all day long!
Outside of work, I take every opportunity to indulge in my passion of acting and singing as well as attempting to bake the perfect cake with my daughter – that’s a work in progress! I love exploring different towns and villages in Spain which we visit a lot and my aim is to tick the Caribbean off my to-do list in the not too distant future!
