Senior Quantitative Research Manager / Account Director, Remote with access to London, £38-50,000
Our client is on a growth mission and are looking for an ambitious, energetic specialist to join them on their journey, be part of a great team and take advantage of an opportunity to develop and progress. Their focus is always on doing great work for great clients, within a variety of sectors including Consumer, FMCG, Tech and Utilities.
The role is mostly remote or you can work from their West London office, it's up to you! You will be required to attend monthly meetings in the office and meet clients when neccessary.

The person our client is looking for is:
- Well versed in and willing to take an active role in leading the entire insight project lifecycle, from brief through to delivery (awareness of both qualitative and quantitative project lifecycles is a bonus)
- Interested in how technology can help them improve and enhance the insight generation process
- A self-starter, and confident enough to be autonomous, and take on a variety of projects and responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Keen to be involved in thinking beyond a project-by-project basis, leading or co-leading client liaison and taking an active role in your own career development
- Brave, curious and genuine
Your responsibilities:
- Leading project design, including bespoke proposal writing
- Setting up projects and owning supplier relationships, including vetting new technology platforms
- Identifying the story through data processing (using the Q programme), identifying and creating analysis breaks, liaising with the Analytics team on any advanced statistical requirements
- Creating and presenting strong stories for clients through analysis and creative thinking skills
- Leading or co-leading client accounts, and managing the client relationship
- Growing your own areas of interest or passion by being self-motivated, reading and attending external events
You will have:
- At least four years background within an insight agency or in a hands on client side role
- Diversity in project experience, covering both quantitative tracking and ad hoc projects (qualitative experience would be a bonus)
- Experience in managing supplier and/or client relationships
- Technical (hands on) experience in data-processing ideally using Q, but could be using other programmes like SPSS
- Creative flair, with an interest in making insight beautiful
- Accuracy and attention to detail in all elements of their work, both written and verbal
- Bravery in producing strong work for clients, and sharing your views both internally and externally
- A desire to learn and grow, and be part of a team that is going places
