Senior Insight Strategist
A boutique strategy and innovation consultancy made up of strategists, insight specialists, and brand experts. London based, with a focus on international work.

Clients include Ferrero, Essity, Freudenberg, Colgate-Palmolive, and Luxottica and also work with different kinds of clients, including startups and B2B organisations.

Their business is growing and they are seeking a new team member who can combine two complementary disciplines: insight and strategy.
Senior Insight Strategist role
6-7 years’ experience to expand and deliver consumer insight and foresight work, whilst growing his/her expertise in strategy and innovation.
The ideal candidate would have experience in both consumer research, and brand/innovation strategy.
? 4-5 years’ experience in a market research role, blending qualitative and quantitative research, including data management and with the confidence to commission, manage and interpret new market research processes to a high standard.
? 2-3 years’ experience working in a capacity adjacent to research. This could consist of time at an innovation agency, brand consultancy, advertising, digital, or other form of strategic agency.
? Experience setting up, managing and delivering international qualitative research in early-stage projects, and in conducting and/or handling ethnographic research and cultural studies
? Experience handling quantitative research and customer data, or at the very least fundamental numeracy skills and a passion for making data speak through clear and compelling narratives
? Familiarity with insight and the capacity to turn insight into a cohesive, sound and inspiring strategy / strategic recommendation
? Experience with, and enthusiasm for brand strategy
? A background in delivering projects and getting work ‘over the line’
? A strong commercial awareness and an ability to think about the business issues underlying creative challenges
? Idea-generation skills combined with an ability to inspire and engage others
? Understanding of recent developments in the innovation space
? Experience in contributions to business development, e.g. pitching and proposal-writing
? Confident language skills: mother tongue or equivalent in all forms of English communication
? Dynamism: being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
? A self-motivated attitude, and happy working in a small team.
