Client Director/ Senior Client Director , Social Media MARKET RESEARCH AGENCY - salary circa 80k plus bonus

My client is changing the way marketing research is used to generate insights that impact business decisions. Digital is their focus in many ways they aspire to be the first truly global digital research company. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to shape the organization for the current and future.
This is a Client Director / Senior Client Director role with a focus on Social Media.
You will need to come in and lead a social media listening program for one of their largest (and fastest growing!!) clients.
They have already won this program and it is currently being set up, but they have realized they need more specialized knowledge to lead this with the client, and direct our social media analysts (who are junior to mid level).
The primary capabilities needed are ….
1 – Lead the current social media listening program, helping the team to develop insight-led reports and presenting those to the client (we deliver weekly, monthly & qtly reports across Europe) – this is the primary focus of the role
2 – Look to expand this program across the globe with this client
3 – Help grow and support the social media listening business in the UK team, supporting existing clients and looking for new opportunities
