This amazing small agency is looking for an expert qual researcher from SRE – Director to join this small, highly senior and strategic insight consultancy.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable and experienced in leading research projects from start to finish, including managing / building client relationships, writing proposals, moderating, writing and presenting impactful debriefs.


You will be a sharp, strategic thinker with a creative mind, able to elevate insights into engaging stories for client debriefs.

Experience in strategic and creative comms development, brand positioning and NPD is preferred to align with the focus of the agency. They are looking for someone who is highly proficient in running the full range of qual methodologies: focus groups, depth interviews, ethnography and online communities.

Ideally you will also be experienced in running multi-country projects, co-ordinating partner agencies and synthesising insight from multiple markets.

Quant expertise would be very welcome but not essential.

Collaborating on an exciting and diverse range of bespoke projects for clients across sectors including Arla (Lurpak, Cravendale etc.), Reckitt (Air Wick, Vanish, Gaviscon etc.), Tesco Bank, Cazoo, Sky and Channel 4

In every project, they get together to brainstorm the approach for the proposal, to analyse insights and write the debrief.
