Field & Operations Manager, West London, £28-35,000
Our client is on a growth mission and are looking for an ambitious, energetic specialist to join them on their journey, be part of a great team and take advantage of an opportunity to develop and progress. Their focus is always on doing great work for great clients, within a variety of sectors including Consumer, FMCG, Tech and Utilities.
They are looking to add a highly organised person to take on a varied role encompassing both qualitative fieldwork and also managing the operations and office. This will be office-based in West London
Key Field responsibilities:
Undertake project administration, organisation and control in conjunction with the project team through all phases: brief/pitch, commissioning, set up, fieldwork, validation, pre-task management
- Write accurate and detailed screeners in response to briefs from clients/ the project team, liaising with clients and internal team for timely sign-off
- Be the first point of contact for all basic field related queries
- Ensure external venues/travel is booked as and when needed / manage online research links
- Arrange & manage incentives for participants liaising with the finance team to ensure that everything is prepared in advance of the research taking place / coordinated after research
- Hosting: Assist with fieldwork in/outside the office, by ensuring that participants are accounted for and are correctly signed in
Key Office Management responsibilities:
- Reception duties (e.g. answering phones, printing, copying, filing and greeting visitors)
- Set up meeting rooms (e.g. client meetings, training and workshops)
- Maintaining office cleanliness and presentation (e.g. communal and kitchen areas are tidy)
- Monitoring & maintaining food and stationery supplies
- Assist with organising company events (e.g. summer conferences and Christmas parties)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar Field role
- Some office administration experience desirable
- Energetic, self-motivated, committed and results orientated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving intellectual ability, creative and analytical thinker
- Team player
- Open to new learning
- Good knowledge of Microsoft e.g. word, power point, excel
- Excellent communication skills
