Project Manager £30-40k, remote / London
Our client is a rapidly growing, ambitious and highly innovative agency. In their first 2 years, they have presented their work at multiple global conferences, won awards, created innovative approaches and developed an impressive, diverse client base.
Their goal is to become a large, leading MR agency, one that would rival any of the existing and established players. They combine technology, with human intelligence to better understand customers’ wants, needs and behaviours. They help the healthcare industry make better decisions.
They are now into their third year of business and growing rapidly. They are looking to recruit only the very best researchers in the industry to help take their business to the next level.
In this role as Project Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the operational side of market research that helps them to live up to their name and reputation as leaders in MR innovation. You will need to be open to trying new approaches and be heavily involved in trialing these new technologies, platforms and ways of thinking. The end goal is to use this innovation to allow us to work faster, smarter and better to help us deliver greater value to our clients.

If you are the sort of person who likes to stay in your comfort-zone then this job is probably not for you. You will need to be fearless and able to look each new challenge in the eye and think ‘we can’ rather than ‘we can’t’.
You will be involved in the day-to-day facilitation of research projects (qual and quant) and this is how most of your time will be spent. You will have the freedom to work independently where you feel confident to do so but also alongside fellow team members where you need extra support. Our client’s aim is to help people play to their strengths so they flourish – helping to deliver great work in the process.
A successful Project Manager is heavily involved in many aspects of their projects – from proposal/costing to working with fieldwork partners and other suppliers to deliver high quality research.
You’ll always be supported by other team members, but you’ll also be required to work independently, being relied on to run projects on a day-to-day basis.
As a small company, you will also have the opportunity to stretch outside your comfort zone – project pricing, general supplier management and contracts, financial management, process design and implementation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your PM skills in the pharma sector – pls get in touch for more info. They are currently working remotely but some office presence in London will be required next year.
