The role – Operations Director
This is a critical position for this company to ensure they grow as fast as possible while maintaining reputation, repeat purchase rate and referrals. The role of the Operations Director will be to work independently in order to develop, grow and expertly manage a team of project management specialists resulting in exceptional project quality and achievement of financial targets. The Operations Director will be a rational, organized and analytical thinker, demonstrating a good balance of strategic and tactical planning and execution as well as being financially astute, with good business acumen.
