Skills & Experience

Candidates should have 8+ years of hands-on quantitative research experience in an agency or consultancy, using insight to shape strategy and communications. Curiosity about how businesses operate and awareness of economic, social and political trends are essential.

The Role

The Director will act as a senior leader within the research team, guiding client relationships, shaping strategic insight and supporting business growth. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across research, analytics, strategy and creative to deliver impactful recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the strategic direction of client accounts and ensuring projects run to time and budget
  • Inspiring teams and clients with expertise and new thinking
  • Leading high-value and sensitive research projects from design to delivery
  • Collaborating across teams to provide cohesive advice
