ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will suit either a Director stepping up to expand their experience or an experienced Senior Director looking for more responsibility. This is a one year FTC but there is the possibility of a permanent role following the contract.
Working alongside the GM, you will run and oversee new and existing business.
As well as managing a team of researchers, the role will include resourcing, financial management, overseeing the P&L targets are met, checking supplier processes and ensuring all outputs are fantastic!
You will work on strategic projects with clients as well as manage clients. You will ideally be able to moderate IDIs, Depths and Focus groups if required.
You will strategise at a high level alongside other company business leaders
They will consider either a qual or a quant background but it’s ideal if you can do both! You must be flexible with your time as there will be some late meetings with USA colleagues / clients.
This agency offers a flexible working pattern so you could do 2-3 days in the office and the rest at home if you wish.
