Our client is a leading Global insights agency which specialises in brand, advertising and product innovation
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially curious research professional to step into a more client-facing commercial role. You will support the growth of high-profile accounts across FMCG and retail, delivering insight-led solutions.
The role involves a mix of business development and client relationship management. From contributing to high-value pitches and proposals to helping manage key accounts, you will play a central role in driving commercial success.
You will need:
- 4+ years' experience in a market research agency, with a solid understanding of insight-led decision making
- A natural communicator, comfortable building relationships and presenting to clients, with strong written and verbal skills.
- Commercially aware and motivated to grow accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
- Experience working with marketing, insights, or brand teams, with a proven ability to align research solutions with business challenges.
- Confident using tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- A collaborative, proactive mindset — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
