This company needs an enthusiastic, energetic, quant-focused Senior Research Exec to join their growing team. If you are a Research Executive or Senior Research Executive, currently working in a market research agency, and are hungry to make more of a personal impact in a fast-growing, successful agency then this is the place for you.


The role centres mostly around public sector clients such as government departments and regulators, but also offers the chance to work with clients across a range of other sectors including technology, healthcare, financial, telecoms, media, and charities.  Client includes Department for International Trade, the Foreign,  Commonwealth, and Development Office, Ofcom, The British Film Institute, Cancer Research UK, Workday, Which? and Compare the Market.


A large proportion of the research conducted in the team is international in nature and involves the application of a wide range of analytical methods from behavioural science techniques (e.g. implicit), to advanced analytics (e.g. segmentation, drivers, trade-off), and engaging visualisations and outputs.  There are many opportunities to be exposed to new and exciting innovative approaches while also working on some fascinating studies that reveal the global views of how people think, feel, and behave.  You will also have an opportunity to work on official reports which are published in the public domain.  

Recent projects have included helping a government department to understand the global perceptions of the UK across 30 markets, helping a charity to design and relaunch their retail offer in a post-covid world, supporting a regulator in devising strategies to protect users of videos sharing platforms from harm, and helping a media client to understand the global perceptions of the British film & gaming industry as part of a re-branding exercise.



Your skills & experience

Research Executive for at least 2 years and are ready to step into an SRE role.

Be able to contribute to and conduct a wide range of research projects, demonstrating your outstanding written and verbal skills, excellent attention to detail and time management skills on a daily basis.

Interested in how research applies to business challenges

Keen on using your initiative to grow, develop and learn.

Ability to build trust with client and team


The role

You will play a key part in proactively supporting the team.

Your specialism will be in quant insight.

You will have an interest in everything else that they do and offer from strategy and branding to data analytics and design.

You will be given responsibility from day one, drafting proposals, questionnaires, reports and delivering presentations.

You will attend research debriefs and pitch meetings, allowing you to establish and build relationships with clients and manage research projects and suppliers efficiently.

You will have the opportunity to be client facing, whilst supporting the new business process.

You will be a mentor to Junior Associates and Associates in the team.
