This client is a bespoke digital research services provider, specialising in research solutions and online communities. Founded in May 2014, looking for savvy, self-motivated and solution-focussed individuals to join this rapidly growing team. They are a dynamic, work hard/play hard team, with a lively, supportive culture and are well on target to achieve double digit revenue growth this year. They have exciting development plans, which includes ambitious revenue growth through sales. They are looking for someone to support the team by helping to manage and maintain excellent client relationships delivering high quality survey links, demo links and assisting in improving templates.

About the Role:

This role will be a hybrid home/office-based role, with the current offices located in Angel and Kings Cross. Reporting into the Operations Director, the Scripting Consultant will be responsible for taking projects from a questionnaire format onto a survey link (using Decipher or potentially other programming tools such as Confirmit) within a short time frame and with a high level of quality. They will be both dealing with project managers, and on occasion communicating directly with the end client, and will need to use their experience and expertise to advise on the best course of action to fulfil requirements.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and solution-focussed with a high level of attention to detail and a passion for client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess questionnaires to ensure an overall understanding of the goal of the research
• Consultative approach with clients to advise on how best to ask/display question types
• Manage own workload and prioritise projects to deliver scripts on time
• Meticulous preparation of the survey link from the questionnaire to deliver high-quality links
• Good eye for detail and design would be advantageous as we are keen to make our survey links as user friendly and aesthetically appealing as possible within time constraints
• Manage client expectations daily
• Proactively seek improvements to script-writing and help improve their offering to clients

About You:

They are looking for someone who is meticulous, conscientious about their work and highly organised. Must be happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team, have outstanding planning & organisation skills and provide excellent customer satisfaction. It’s important that you can meet deadlines whilst delivering the highest possible quality.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of full-time Decipher scripting experience
• Good working knowledge of python and xml/css advantageous
• Knowledge of working in a Unix environment would be beneficial, as would experience in using javascript
• Confirmit experience would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and desire to deliver
• Proactive and solution-focussed
• To be able to manage one's workload autonomously however knowing when to reach out for support and own development needs
• Strong organisational skills
• Time-management skills as you will need to prioritise and manage your workload daily
• Team player
• Must be ambitious and prepared to work hard to take the company forward
