Our client has a fantastic new opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented mid level researcher with a passion for the nuts and bolts of quantitative research methodology, a flair for digging deep into datasets, and an interest in developing their career in a technology and automation environment.
Since its inception 7 years ago, our client has been at the vanguard of better automated research. In order to continue to drive this, they need talented research professionals working and growing within the business. Their internal research team injects quality thinking into the products and platform solutions they offer to their users.
You will be working in a fast-moving environment with some extremely smart people changing the market research industry as you know it.
You will be putting yourself in the minds of research buyers and making automation easy for them. You will be finding out about machine learning, artificial intelligence and user experience design.
And you will be having a great time!
You would join a small but crucial internal Research team that touches almost all teams and work streams around the business, from software development, to UX design, to project execution, to marketing and sales.
The role is diverse - no two days are the same - but will have particular focus in the following areas:
Providing research expertise to their sales and customer service teams where their key accounts require it, particularly through the analysis of datasets to establish:
how to secure consistency of data or explain data discrepancies
calibration of datasets in parallel tests run between projects
Supporting the design and execution of effective norms builds for new customer brands
Assisting in the design and prototyping of new research products
Validating that the automated solutions that you help design are delivering insight as intended
Executing other internal research projects (e.g. product testing, NPS etc.) to help other business units across the business make the best decisions and generate tangible profit
Lubricating everyday decision making across the business by consulting on research matters, drawing on the experience you have amassed to date and the support of others in the team
