This is an initial 12-month maternity cover contract with a chance to go permanent if key goals are achieved. Your skills and experience:
You’re an accomplished sales professional with strong experience in quant, someone who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and brings a commercial drive to grow and succeed. You’re forward-thinking, with a keen understanding of how technology can transform our business and enhance client experiences and the ability to apply that knowledge as you build a cutting-edge offer within the overall business.
While your main focus is commercial, you’re also hands-on, able to support the team in delivering exceptional results. You have a track record of success across a wide range of projects, showcasing outstanding communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace, delivering multiple projects under tight deadlines. Building strong client relationships comes naturally to you. Experience in designing, running, and reporting online Omnibus and projects would be great, but it’s not essential – you’ll lead and work closely with the Omni team to develop and edit questionnaires, collaborate with ops and data teams, and handle everything from data delivery to some analysis and reporting.
The role:
You will play a key role in growing our Omnibus offering, including the marketing and promotion of Omnibus. You’ll lead mentor the team, driving a strong commercial mindset and a focus on quality in everything you do. You will be proficient at questionnaire design, project management, reporting, and be confident in client management. An understanding of fieldwork operations and delivery of field and tab projects will also be an advantage.
You will understand the important role Omnibus plays within the business and work to ensure it is integrated across the whole offer, attending meetings both internally and externally to sell, grow and reinvigorate the Omnibus offer, ensuring it remains competitive and future-focused and supports everything they do.
