Qualitative and/or Quantitative Research Director, Pharmaceutical £60,000 – 80,000

Oncology, general pharma OR consumer experience required. Hybrid

They are market research practitioners in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and device and diagnostics space and they have a wealth of experience in a wide range of therapy areas, from asthma to zoster and everything in between.                                                                                   

Role Overview:

Contribute as a key member of the agency and help to lead the team, to achieve their ambitious growth plans.   

 Strategic Responsibilities

To assist with the development and implementation of their business strategy in line with strategic direction of the Group.

  • To assist in converting their agreed business strategy into a business plan and to ensure that the objectives in this business plan are implemented.
  • Assistance with the development and enhancement of new methodologies.
  • To attend Board meetings in a guest capacity as and when invited.
  • New Client Development  
  • Managing Client Accounts   
  • Project Work

            Plan specific projects from start to finish and obtain appropriate resources to conduct the research.

  • Ensure that objectives are clearly understood and techniques properly costed and establish appropriate protocols for qualitative and quantitative products.
