Our UK Office is in Soho, London. Our US Office is San Fran. Our UK team is 40 people spread across Consulting, Studio and Specialists. We have a strong culture, one that is fully supportive and inclusive of remote working.
For our consultants, we are looking for individuals that have a strong base understanding in marketing and brand strategy and are at the point in their career when they are looking to shift away from learning and move towards really contributing to the delivery of great work and great client experiences.
You will play a pivotal role in managing projects of all sizes to ensure that we deliver on time, to budget and make sure each project delivers to build our reputation with clients and help us grow the business.
We will expose you to a wide variety of projects, clients, industries, problems and marketing skills, in branding, strategy and innovation, as well as the key insight skillsets both qualitative and quantitative. You will be expected to develop strong relationships and internal presence with all the team members including all the support functions. We expect you to be comfortable familiarising yourself with the commercial side of the business including our live projects, pipeline projects, case histories and key pieces of IP.

Project and team leader
? You are responsible for the quality of your project’s output – both in terms of content and style
? You’ll build close working relationships with team members and will be expected to manage up and down
? You’ll work with the director/project manager to develop client relationship through great project delivery
? You’ll become the go-to for a handful of clients by consistently exceeding client expectations and building credibility on all project-related matters
? You’ll be on top of the commercials of your projects to ensure that the work is delivered profitably, and therefore helping grow the business
? You’ll be aware of any risks and key commercial decisions that need to be made and highlight these with project leads as and when they arise
? You’ll actively participate in new business pitches and proposals helping to deliver winning creative solutions to challenging briefs
Building Thought Leadership
? You’ll make a major contribution to the thinking and deliverables of your projects
? You will work collaboratively with members of the team at all levels to ensure we continue to be known as market leaders in branding, marketing and innovation
? You will be a strong co-presenter of project deliverables in both face-to-face and remote working sessions
? You will be a strong communicator of project logistics and day-to-day project management – both internally and with clients
